Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist

Develop trusted relationships with referring physicians and their office teams by visiting provider offices, educating partners, and strengthening long-term partnerships. Guide patients through the referral process, removing barriers to ensure timely access to care while coordinating communication between providers, patients, and clinical teams. Ensure referring physicians receive timely updates, consultation notes, and operative reports, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and elevate the referral experience. Serve as the voice of both providers and patients by sharing feedback that drives continuous improvement. This role supports Edmonds Eye MD's mission to make healthcare easier for both patients and providers through exceptional service and innovation.
