Physician Referral Specialist

Respond to inbound and outbound calls to handle appointment requests and schedule same-day physician referrals. Staff the physician referral booth at hospital events to assist walk-in patients with timely referrals. Communicate effectively with patients via phone, in person, or email, and accurately document all interactions in databases. Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team while performing duties consistent with the hospital's mission and values.
