Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary
Compile and maintain lists of potential physician candidates by specialty and community while screening applicants and performing reference and background investigations. Coordinate on-site candidate visits with local CCEO's and community physician recruiting teams, and interact with external agencies. Plan and execute monthly university events to educate candidates about ARH opportunities, and respond to medical students and residents in a timely fashion. Research opportunities at national conferences and online portals, and prepare required reports. This role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), evening and weekend availability, and represents ARH professionally in compliance with the Professional Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to travel as extensively
- Up to 75% of the travel time
- Must be willing to work after 5 pm during the week and on weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior history in physician recruiting or hospital management/clinic experience preferred
