Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Partner with practice leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop specialty-specific strategies while building a qualified pipeline for current and anticipated openings. Represent the organization at medical conferences, residency fairs, and specialty society events to strengthen market presence. Coordinate candidate site visits, interview logistics, and stakeholder debriefs, then prepare competitive offer packages within approved organizational guidelines. Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and ensure seamless transitions by coordinating with credentialing, licensing, and onboarding teams. Support visa sponsorship coordination for eligible candidates and manage relationships with external search firms. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal and Texas employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle physician or healthcare provider recruitment experience
- Multi-specialty medical group or health system experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill clinical and subspecialty positions
- Working knowledge of physician licensing, credentialing timelines, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and physician sourcing platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Bullhorn, PracticeMatch, Doximity)
- Understanding of physician compensation models, productivity incentives, and employment agreement structures
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion in handling confidential candidate and compensation information
- Ability to travel periodically for conferences, recruitment events, and site visits

- AIRS, CIR, or PHR/SHRM-CP certification
