Physician Recruiter - Remote (PST Hours)

Physician Recruiter for remote PST-hour operations responsible for maintaining and expanding Dane Street’s physician panel, negotiating physician fees and contract terms within pre-established guidelines, onboarding new physicians based on client demand, and ensuring open service requests are resolved promptly. Responsibilities include panel maintenance and growth, negotiating rates and terms, collecting documentation (W9s, remittance, NPDB reports), coordinating with leadership to finalize fees, leading contract renegotiations for existing physicians, handling high-priority OSRs, collaborating with operations to align the network with business needs, and staying current on industry trends and compliance requirements. The role requires deep understanding of physician recruitment, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare compliance standards.
