Job Summary
Lead full-cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across multiple specialties and service lines, developing pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building initiatives. Partner with physicians, medical leadership, and operational stakeholders to support recruitment and workforce planning efforts while coordinating candidate interviews, site visits, and onboarding activities. Establish market presence through residency and fellowship outreach, professional conferences, and networking events to represent Central Maine Healthcare as an employer of choice. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while exercising discretion and independent judgment in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional physician recruiting experience
- Required to travel throughout region to meet with potential physicians
- Experience drafting physician contracts
- Experience in recruiting physicians for employed positions
- Familiarity with physician compensation models
- Experience recruiting passive candidates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communications skills
