Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive talent acquisition for medical, dental, and behavioral health providers by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and industry events. Screen, assess, and evaluate prospects based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, while establishing relationships to communicate organizational benefits. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages, negotiate offers utilizing the NVIH benefit structure, and execute creative recruitment marketing strategies. Maintain documentation in the applicant tracking system and adapt sourcing practices to industry trends. Work within the Human Resources team to ensure smooth transitions to onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in Human Resources
- Experience in successfully recruiting healthcare-related positions
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical specialties, clinical education and licensing requirements
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills through various means
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm as an innovative team player
- Proficient with recruitment tools, sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Display critical thinking and sound judgement with complex, dynamic situations and environments
- Reliable Transportation and ability to adhere to regular attendance and travel to off-site events as needed
- Native Preference
