Job Summary
Interpret advanced imaging modalities including MRI, CT, and Ultrasound, while providing diagnostic and screening mammography. Perform stereotactic breast biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, CT-guided biopsies, lumbar punctures, and other image-guided procedures such as barium swallow studies. Collaborate closely with emergency, oncology, and surgical teams to ensure rapid diagnosis and timely interventions during consistent, in-person weekday coverage at Sutter Solano Medical Center. This role requires an MD or DO with ABR certification and an active California license, offering a $700,000 base compensation package with a 4-day average work week and hybrid flexibility for weekend and STAT shifts.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Demonstrated clinical competency in mammography and light interventional procedures
- An active, unrestricted California Medical License (or the ability to obtain one)
- A commitment to onsite, in-person patient care (this position cannot be supported via teleradiology)
