Job Summary
Conduct general diagnostic radiology alongside a team of four physicians, specializing in mammography, ultrasound, and stereotactic biopsies. Perform interventional procedures including fluoroscopy, paracentesis, and thoracentesis. Manage evening call rotation and weekend coverage with support. Work a standard day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Assist in developing the local and regional practice. Join Essentia Health's St Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd, MN, a regional hub offering extensive outdoor recreation access.
Required Qualifications
- Radiology - (1.0 FTE)
- Excellent general radiology skills - including mammography and procedures in fluoroscopy and ultrasound
- Breast imaging including ultrasound and stereotactic biopsies
- Basic general interventional capability including paracentesis and thoracentesis
- BE/BC Radiology
- willing to practice general diagnostic radiology alongside team of 4 MDs
- Evening call rotation (one in four) until 8:00pm with support for evening and weekend call
