Job Summary
BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to join Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola Cancer Center Oncology team in Pensacola, FL. Position highlights include Gamma Knife, multiple tumor boards, a 6-physician Oncology Practice, Lung and Breast Navigation teams, onsite clinical pharmacy support, and an established regional cancer program with extensive support services; live and work on the Gulf Coast with no state income tax. The role supports a comprehensive cancer center within a large Catholic health system; licensure in Florida required prior to hire/date and MD/DO training is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
