Job Summary
Outpatient psychiatry physician at Utah Valley Clinic in Provo, UT, providing outpatient psychiatry care for adult patients with some inpatient call coverage. Serve as attending physician to residents and medical students for a psychiatry residency program under development. Partner with a team to deliver quality patient care and an excellent patient experience while participating in credentialing and ongoing professional development. The role includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance, a training stipend, and potential student loan repayment, with comprehensive benefits and CME support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Psychiatry residency training required
- Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
