PHYSICIAN - Psychiatry Consult Service - Duluth, MN

Manage psychiatric patients in the emergency department by leading care rounds, triage, and evaluations, while providing consultation to the Level 1 Trauma Center. Deliver telehealth services to critical access hospitals in the area and share overnight and weekend call responsibilities within the physician pool. Average call frequency is once a week while on service. This 1.0 FTE role operates on a 7-day service coverage model from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Join a Behavioral Health Care Team of 16 adult and 5 child psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners dedicated to a spectrum of care including consult-liaison, emergency psychiatry, and intensive outpatient services.
