Job Summary
Provide diversified Consult-Liaison Psychiatry services across St. Luke's, Charlton Memorial, and Tobey hospitals in accordance with Massachusetts regulations. Participate in a reasonable RVU model balanced with educational mission goals while collaborating with social workers, mental health associates, and nursing staff to support patient-centered care and safe dispositions. Offer clinical supervision of Advanced Practice Providers and represent the department on institutional committees including Bioethics and Quality Steering Committees. No regular evening or weekend coverage; voluntary, paid weekend shifts are available. This role supports the expansion of behavioral health services and addresses substance use and geriatric psychiatry needs within a not-for-profit, mission-driven health system.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Massachusetts medical license
- DEA registration
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Strong patient satisfaction
- Effective communication skills
