Job Summary
Manage inpatient psychiatric care for adult and geriatric patients, including dementia care, at the 48-bed adult and geriatric unit. Provide consultations on medical floors for adult and geriatric patients within a highly integrated multi-specialty environment. Maintain a 7-days on/7-days off schedule while working in a facility that recently expanded with a six-story tower. Join a team of four full-time psychiatrists dedicated to inpatient care under supportive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- ABMS/ABPN board certified or board eligible
- Experience or willingness to see geriatric patients
- Ability to work in a highly integrated multi-specialty medical environment and innovative setting with a focus on patient excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Geriatric Psychiatry subspecialty certification
- ECT certification
