Job Summary
Manage inpatient psychiatric care for adult and geriatric patients, including dementia care, at the 48-bed adult and geriatric unit of Banner Del Webb Medical Center. Provide direct clinical services and regularly consult on medical floors for Adult & Geriatric patients within a highly integrated multi-specialty environment. Work a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule in a supportive team of four full-time psychiatrists. The role offers opportunities to teach and collaborate with University of Arizona Geropsychiatry fellows and internal medicine residents starting June 2025.
Required Qualifications
- ABMS/ABPN board certified or board eligible
- Experience or willingness to see geriatric patients
Desired Qualifications
- Geriatric Psychiatry subspecialty certification
- ECT certification
