Job Summary
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, CHF, and COPD. Manage patient care by coordinating with specialists and providing supervision to advanced practice providers as needed. Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, and CMS regulations while delivering 5-star service to older adult patients. Report to a Regional Manager in a value-based outpatient setting. Requires an MD/DO, active license, and 3+ years in outpatient primary care.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license in state of practice
- 3+ years in outpatient primary care
- ACLS/BLS certification
- EMR proficiency
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
- Must have own reliable transportation
