Job Summary
Conduct standard outpatient primary care, including annual wellness exams, diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medications, and managing patient conditions. Explain procedures and test results to patients while providing health and wellness advice on diet, activity, and disease prevention. Refer patients to specialists as needed and participate in provider meetings and training sessions. Work with dedicated clinical assistants using the MDLand EHR, serving a majority Chinese-speaking population in Brooklyn. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
Required Qualifications
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- must speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently
