Job Summary
Provide direct primary care to patients, including evaluations, progress notes, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. Coordinate with internal and external providers to minimize barriers for Veterans and staff. Participate in interdisciplinary teams, quality assurance programs, chart reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead educational programs and serve on Medical Center committees. Maintain Basic Life Support and complete mandatory training.
Required Qualifications
- 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
