Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a community-focused practice. Typical duties include managing chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness visits, routine screenings, and collaborating with nurse practitioners and care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate electronic health records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, engage in community health education, and support patient access through flexible scheduling and rotating shifts. Requires Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Location: Howell, MI; Schedule includes early mornings, late evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts. Competitive compensation with incentives plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
