Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a physician-led, team-based practice. Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff; manage chronic conditions, perform preventive care and wellness visits, and stay current with evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate electronic health records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in community health outreach. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with some early mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts. Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med Peds
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and building relationships with patients and families
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration in a team-based care model
- Willingness to work some early morning, evening, and rotating weekend shifts (outpatient primary care)
