Job Summary
Deliver primary care services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in a 100% outpatient practice setting within Edwardsville, IL. Utilize EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to manage documentation while maintaining a Monday-Friday schedule with options for a 4 or 5-day work week. Maintain a valid Illinois license, board certification through ABFM or ABIM, and hold required certifications including BLS and DEA. Join a growing multispecialty team supported by dedicated staff and a robust referral network focused on patient-centered care and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients
- Licensed physician in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty
- Successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program
- Board certified or board eligible through ABFM or ABIM
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
