Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in a 100% outpatient practice setting within Highland, IL. Utilize EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to manage documentation and support work-life balance. Deliver healthcare services while maintaining a Monday-Friday schedule with options for a 4 or 5-day work week. Maintain an unrestrictive Illinois license, Board Certification or Eligibility through ABFM or ABIM, and hold required Basic Life Support and Controlled Substance licenses. Join a multispecialty medical group of over 350 providers across central and southern Illinois, part of a Catholic, non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system serving communities in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients
- Licensed physician in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA
- Successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program
- Board certified or board eligible through ABFM or ABIM
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
