Physician: Primary Care - Glenview, IL

Provide specialized care for adult patients and manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions within a clinic-based environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals while utilizing EPIC electronic health system and onsite lab services. Work alongside advance practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver individualized primary care. Clinic hours run Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule, and call responsibilities occur 1-2 weeks a year. You will hold hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital, a 5-star CMS-rated facility.
