Physician - Primary Care - Concierge Health

Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician sought to join Ochsner Health’s Concierge Health program on the Northshore (Covington, LA). The role involves providing patients with attentive, high-quality care and integrating prevention and wellness into visits within a collegial, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing customized wellness plans, managing a limited patient panel, sharing call rotation with two Concierge Health providers, facilitating referrals and second opinions, and supporting access to specialized care.
