Job Summary

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, spine, and neurological conditions using comprehensive, evidence-based, and minimally invasive approaches. Perform interventional procedures including epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, and minimally invasive decompressions. Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on diagnoses and wellness options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate electronic health record documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Practice primarily in outpatient settings across Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, and Palm Bay clinics with limited or no hospital call. Full-time employment with a base salary of $500,000 and productivity-based incentives.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, or a related specialty
  • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Active DEA registration
  • BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in neurology, pain management, or related specialty
  • Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region
  • Proven experience in managing spine, pain, and neurological conditions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Knowledge of current medical technologies and treatment protocols in pain and neuro care

Desired Qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Pain Management, Spine, or Interventional Neurology
  • Experience in an outpatient interventional pain or spine practice
  • Proficiency with fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Experience with modern EHR systems
