Job Summary
RN delivers professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice, triaging and disposition of patients, clinical care, assisting providers, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include triage and care disposition, facilitating care transitions, and maintaining compliance with the NYS Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and Patient Bill of Rights. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, NY RN license, and BLS; prior acute/ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred. 40-hour day shift with compensation range $33.63-$50.45/hour, dependent on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current NY State RN license
- Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days employment
