Job Summary
Physician Practice Lead RN provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within the UHS Orthopedic Center in Vestal. Serves as a liaison between frontline staff and operational leadership, promoting excellence in clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Maintains compliance with the NY Nurse Practice Act, ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, ANA Code of Ethics, and the Patient Bill of Rights. Fosters a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, engaging patients, healthcare teams, and the community. Requires NY State RN license, BLS, and at least one year of acute/ambulatory care experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred with supervisory/management experience. 40-hour work week; compensation range $37.00-$55.50 per hour depending on experience. Location: Vestal, NY (on-site, day shift).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least one year experience in an acute or ambulatory based care setting
- Current NY State RN license
- Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days employment
Desired Qualifications
