Physician Practice RN/LPN - GSPN Wellness Matters

Facilitate patient care during each scheduled office visit by performing triage, preparing patients for examination, and administering ordered injections or assisting with minor surgical procedures. Assist the physician with follow-up tasks including prescriptions, refills, prior authorizations, and coordinating ancillary services, diagnostic tests, and surgical procedures. Update and revise patient medical history, explain treatment procedures, and maintain exam rooms and back office supplies. Attend to phone calls from hospitals, nursing homes, and patients to ensure continuity of care while complying with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and office policies.
