Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Two years of experience in a hospital or customer service setting
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient typing/keyboard skills
- Experience entering demographic, insurance and financial information
- Ability to explain forms and obtain signatures
- Ability to verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Ability to post payments and monitor patient accounts
