Physician Practice LPN- Float

Conduct patient care under the supervision of licensed physicians across multiple practice sites, including float coverage to support staffing needs. Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs as directed by the medical team. Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical activities and communicate patient status updates to the supervising physician. This role requires a licensed Practical Nurse with experience in primary care or acute settings.
