Job Summary
Lead clinical performance for the pod team by supervising APPs, conducting chart audits, and managing high-risk huddles. Provide complex patient visits, collaborate with community health workers and navigators, and drive quality improvements through panel reviews and productivity metrics. Review clinician capacity, handle compliance and HR resolutions, and lead clinical education on chronic conditions. Act as a resource for patient care questions and difficult conversations as requested. Work collaboratively with the Regional Medical Director and Market Manager to optimize care delivery and pod outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Active CPR Certification
- Unrestricted DEA
- Completion of an accredited Residency Program
- Unrestricted Medical License
- Board certification is required for all newly hired or promoted on or after January 1, 2026; must obtain and maintain certification in accordance with organizational and applicable regulatory standards
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Physician collaborating with Advance Practice Providers
- Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients
