Physician POD Leader Cleveland Ohio

Clinical Pod Leader role overseeing the clinical performance of the pod team, including accurate diagnosis and documentation, patient safety and quality, APP collaboration, and provider productivity. The position functions as the collaborating physician for APPs, will have a dyad partnership with the Market Manager, leads high-risk care planning, conducts audits, improves EMR efficiency, mentors clinical staff, participates in clinical development and education, leads quality and care-management initiatives, and participates in difficult conversations with patients and families. Requires MD/DO with residency, active license, CPR, DEA, and board certification (per policy); 3+ years of experience with APP collaboration and geriatrics/complex patients preferred.
