Job Summary
Plastic surgeon to provide comprehensive evaluations, surgical and non-surgical treatments, and follow-up care for patients. Outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and emergency call coverage with collaboration from a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documenting in the EMR, participating in quality improvement activities, teaching residents and medical students, and contributing to programmatic initiatives. Requires MD/DO with plastic surgery fellowship, board certification or eligibility, and active medical license with DEA/CDS registration; hospital, clinic, and operating room experience expected. Includes participation in CME and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an accredited residency in General Surgery
- Completion of a fellowship in Plastic Surgery
- Board certified or board eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA & CDS registration
- Fellowship-trained plastic surgeon; new graduates and experienced surgeons encouraged to apply
