Physician - Per Diem

Per diem physician contractor role delivering preventive and primary care. Responsibilities include conducting patient histories and physical examinations, providing quality clinical diagnostic care, documenting in the electronic medical record, appropriately referring patients with ongoing or acute medical needs, and creating follow-up care programs (e.g., coaching and counseling) through shared decision making. Collaborate with self-insured employers to support executive and population health, participate in the Company’s Quality Assurance Program, contribute to medical staff educational programs, and support new programs. Requires board certification (Internal, Family, or Emergency Medicine) or board-eligible, current unrestricted state license and DEA, 4–10 years of related experience, excellent English communication, proficiency with EMR, MS Office, and web-based applications. Competitive salary range of $100–$130 per hour, determined by experience and skills.
