Job Summary
Manage dialysis modalities including acute dialysis, hemodialysis, and CRRT, and oversee transplant nephrology services within the Division of Pediatric Nephrology. Requires completion of an accredited pediatric nephrology fellowship and board certification or eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited pediatric nephrology fellowship program
- Board certification in pediatric nephrology (or board eligibility)
