Job Summary
Conduct resident and medical student education, lead clinical research, and drive quality improvement initiatives within the Level IV NICU. Collaborate with Neonatologists and NNPs on 24/7 coverage while assisting with charting and managing diverse trainees. Participate in the faculty appointment at the University of Arizona, focusing on POCUS, outreach clinics, and curricular development. The role requires an MD or DO with BC/BE certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, Arizona licensure, and experience with varied teaching methods. Full-time (1.0 FTE) position at Banner-University Medical Center Tucson.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- BC or BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
