Job Summary
Conduct pediatric clinical services for military service members and their families at the Twentynine Palms Naval Hospital Pediatric Clinic. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule from 0730 to 1600, including a shared on-call rotation where the physician may respond in person for 24-hour periods. Hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school, with board eligibility or certification, a completed internship and residency, and a current, unrestricted medical license. Practice using the Genesis system within a clinic environment. Matrix Providers offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $190 to $200, along with referral bonuses and a dedicated representative to assist throughout the contract duration.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada
- Accreditation by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association; Association of American Medical Colleges; Liaison Committee on Medical Education; Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation of the American Osteopathic Association, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
- Board-eligible or board certified
- Successful completion of an internship and residency program corresponding to the specialty required in the Task Order
- Accreditation Council approval for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association
- At least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine
