Job Summary
Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician needed in Los Banos, CA to cover the Emergency Room, newborn nursery, and Level I nursery management with approximately 800 deliveries per year and 3-5 newborn census. Responsibilities include attending emergency C-sections as requested by OB and collaborating with an affiliated team (two pediatricians in the practice). Qualifications require NRP and PALS certifications. Position offers a 3-year contract, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus prorated over the commitment, benefits (health and malpractice insurance, vacation/sick leave, CME allowance), and call pay. Salary base is $249,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications required
