Job Summary
Provide appropriate examinations, diagnostic, and treatment services for infants through adolescents with pediatric and medical problems. Write progress notes including history, physical, laboratory data, assessment, and plan for individual outpatients. Participate in quality assurance, quality improvement, peer review, and continuing medical education activities as assigned. Deliver a broad spectrum of health services ranging from preventative and developmental care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from a school in the United States or Canada approved by a recognized accrediting body in the year of the applicants graduation
- permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) (or a fifth pathway certificate for Americans who completed premedical education in the United States and graduate education in a foreign country)
- permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
