Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician sought to join Banner Health at Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, NV. The role involves direct patient care on an inpatient and outpatient basis with wellness and chronic disease management, and participation in C-section deliveries as aligned with the candidate's interests. Work schedule features a 4-day workweek with clinic hours Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., average 20–24 patients per day, and shared call of 10 days per month. The position supports an autonomous practice with staffing from Medical Assistants, access to a network of specialists, and on-site leadership. This NHSC-certified site in a Health Professional Shortage Area offers federal loan repayment programs, a $290k base salary, $100k sign-on bonus, $100k loan repayment plus state funding, up to $18,000 resident stipend, fully paid malpractice, CME, and PSLF eligibility.
