Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible Pediatrician sought to provide direct inpatient and outpatient pediatric care at Banner Churchill Community Hospital campus in Fallon, NV. Responsibilities include direct patient care on an inpatient and outpatient basis, wellness and chronic care disease management, and participation in procedures such as C-section delivery as aligned with the candidate's interests. Join a cohesive, tenured team with Medical Assistant support, access to a network of specialists, and on-site leadership to enable an autonomous practice. NHSC-certified site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA score 14) eligible for federal loan repayment programs. Open to new grads. Compensation includes a base salary of $290,000, $100,000 sign-on bonus, $100,000 loan repayment support plus state funding, up to $18,000 Resident Stipend, fully paid malpractice, CME benefits, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
