Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive pediatric critical care services in a 24-bed PICU with ECMO capability, managing approximately 1,200 annual admissions and an average daily census of 12 patients. Provide clinical excellence within a collaborative team of 10 physicians and a nurse practitioner, utilizing strong interprofessional communication skills. Negotiate flexible day and night shift schedules to support sustainable work-life balance. Requires board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care, proven clinical experience, and an Arizona medical license with DEA.
Required Qualifications
