Job Summary
Interpret transthoracic echocardiograms, perform intraoperative and periprocedural transesophageal studies, and interpret fetal echocardiograms. Supervise sonographers while participating in departmental quality audits and research projects. Provide outpatient and inpatient clinical services at Banner Childrens at Desert Medical Center in Mesa. This full-time position is open to experienced providers and new graduates in their fourth-year fellowship. The role sits within a thriving practice of six providers serving the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- Pediatric and Fetal Cardiologist
- Non-invasive imaging
- Interpreting transthoracic echocardiograms
- Performing intraoperative and periprocedural transesophageal studies
- Interpreting fetal echocardiograms
- Supervision of sonographers
- Participation in departmental quality audits
- Participation in research projects
- Participation in outpatient clinical services
- Participation in inpatient clinical services
- Experience as a provider
