Job Summary
Conduct shared call coverage following triage service review and provide inpatient coverage. Deliver continuing care across all genders, diseases, and body parts, focusing on disease prevention, wellness, and health promotion within the family and community context. Perform in-office procedures including circumcisions, frenotomies, sutures, and skin lesion management. Join a multi-specialty group serving Northern Indiana's 220,000 residents with a team-based approach and strong Accountable Care Organization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Shared Call with the other clinic providers
- Call follows triage service review and determination of a provider needs immediate notification for clinical care
- Provide continuing care for the individual across all genders, diseases, and parts of the body
- Focus on community, emphasizing disease prevention, wellness, and health promotion
- Provide personal, comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
