Job Summary
Conduct pediatric emergency medicine care at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital, a 400-bed facility with a 14-bed dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department and 22,000 annual ED volume. Manage a 24/7 pediatric transport team for critical transfers and coordinate with on-site neonatologists, hospitalists, and intensivists. Utilize the Vituity ownership model to maintain autonomy while accessing broad peer-level expertise across 6,000 clinicians. Board eligible/certified physicians with a PEDS Fellowship or EM Fellowship are required; current VA state license is a plus. Apply for the up to $100K sign-on bonus. Located in Richmond, VA, with a 24/7 on-call rotation.
