Job Summary
Full-time AP/CP pathologist with GYN pathology subspecialty training preferred but not required; diagnosing a broad range of surgical pathology and cytology cases with strong diagnostic skills. Board-certified or eligible in AP/CP by the American Board of Pathology; hold or be eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure. Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting. Located in Fresno, California with a relocation package offered. Compensation range $408k-$486k per year plus health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, malpractice Tail Coverage, CME Allowance, and relocation expense reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor or equivalent medical professional degree
- Board Certified or eligible in AP/CP by the American Board of Pathology
- Subspecialty Board Certified or eligible by the American Board of Pathology
- Hold or eligible to obtain unrestricted medical licensure in California
- Ability to efficiently diagnose a broad range of challenging surgical pathology and cytology cases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to forge strong professional relationships with medical staff, laboratory staff, and hospital administration and leadership
- Proven ability to learn and collaborate with others in a complex, multidisciplinary environment
- Desire to make positive contributions to an active, diverse pathology practice
