Physician - part time

Conduct history and physicals on new patients and perform routine rounding at skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits, oversee APP performance, and mentor clinical staff to ensure consistent care delivery. Close quality gaps when prompted to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes while serving as a trusted advocate for residents. Represent Curana Health's mission as a clinical leader across communities, utilizing data-driven tools to enhance health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
