Physician - part time

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by completing history and physicals on new patients and conducting routine rounding at skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage regulatory and complex patient visits while overseeing APP performance as a mentor and resource. Close quality gaps when prompted to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and serve as an advocate for residents in your care. Represent Curana Health's mission as a clinical leader and ambassador across 32 states. Full-time or part-time schedules available with travel to assigned facilities required.
