Job Summary
Conduct history and physicals for new patients while performing routine rounding at skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits and oversee their performance as a mentor. Close quality gaps to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and serve as an advocate for residents. Represent Curana Health's mission as a clinical leader across 1,500+ communities. Full-time or part-time schedules available with unlimited earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
- Active DEA License
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
