Conduct 7 tele-non acute shifts per month at Union Hospital Terre Haute, providing palliative care for patients without stroke consults. Maintain an 8-hour shift schedule within a 100% physician-owned partnership that offers autonomy and local control. Hold a board eligible or certified status in palliative care, with a current Indiana state license preferred. Work within a team of 6,000 clinicians supported by a national system while serving 9 million patients annually across 475 sites.
